GigSky announced today that now support the Apple SIM card for iPad, expanding the availability of prepaid data plans in over 140 countries covering over 90 since June 2015. The new additions to destinations the company include countries of the South American, North American continent, among others.
The Apple SIM allows mobile users to easily switch between different iPad data plans from different providers, using an integrated SIM card. Apple card is especially useful for traveling abroad, especially now that coverage reaches more than 140 countries and territories through GigSky.
With the iPad Air 2 and iPad Mini 3, Apple began including a SIM card in the device. The card allows travelers to quickly acquire data from mobile operators supported. Users can subscribe to the data packet directly from the iPad without having to worry about finding a suitable warehouse for such a task. With the 9.7 - inch iPad Pro, Apple should be noted that changes to an integrated SIM tablet.
Now the GigSky SIM Apple partner announced that it has expanded the availability of its data plans prepaid for iPad mini Pro, iPad Air 2 and iPad 3 and 4 to over 140 countries offering the possibility to travelers use SIM in more places.
The new additions, among others, include Afghanistan, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Ecuador, Argentina, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Dominica, Jamaica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Isle of Man and the British Virgin Islands.
Other partners include Apple SIM AT & T, Sprint and T-Mobile in the United States, EE in the UK, Deutsche Telekom in Germany, Three in Hong Kong and au by KDDI in Japan.
