Microsoft buys LinkedIn for $ 26.200M

Microsoft officially announces purchase LinkedIn, the popular social network of professionals. The agreement was set Monday for an amount of $ 196 per share, which in total amounts to 26,200 million dollars (23.3 billion euros). The purchase was made in cash and will close at the end of the year.
