Eddy Cue ensures that Apple will not compete with Netflix

In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the manager of Apple Eddy Cue has answered some very interesting questions about the company, and said that Apple is not working on any relay service for TV, not be a competitor to Netflix.

However, it seems to be, he did mention that Apple is preparing a platform that allows all users to play content via Apple TV and Apple Music.

The Vice President of Internet Software and Services Apple has shared in the interview some aspects about his personal life, but also talked about the rumors around Apple and the future of the company in the entertainment and TV.

Eddy Cue said Apple is focused on improving the experience of their services in the new Apple TV, a device that qualifies as "much more interactive" than cable channels.

Therefore, completely he denied the rumors about a possible future service Apple Cable:

"What we provide, or what anyone he provides not really matter. What we try to do is build a platform that allows any company to offer content to consumers. If Time Warner or DirecTV wants to offer a promotional pack, you can do through Apple TV, iPad and iPhone. And if interested, I'm not a big fan of small packs. "

Additionally, Eddy Cue also wanted to highlight the genius of the services offered on Apple TV Siri, and as the wizard allows users to play content through its Siri voice command Remote. Mentioning, of course, that traditional TV is unable to do something similar.

Recall that Apple introduced two series for Apple Music, a series of Dr. Dre and another with Will.i.am .

Finally, Mr. Cue also wanted to talk about his relationship with Steve Jobs and how it started in the scene thanks to him:
