So long as Coolstar be right, every time you reboot the device would have to reconnect to your computer and use the Pangu tool, which can be a problem for many.
Still, this has not been confirmed by Pangu, so personally I recommend you expect to clarify this issue before upgrading to iOS 9.3.3.
Update: It seems that is not a Semi-Tethered jailbreak how such but "on demand". That is, when you restart the device jailbreak we would not have to press again in the application of Pangu.
