Analysts reaffirm that the iPhone 7 Plus will include 3GB of RAM

A little over a month after the launch of the iPhone 7 rumors resurface Big Brother Apple smartphone, the iPhone 7 Plus and RAM capacity.

It seems that the next iPhone will own A10 chip designed exclusively for Apple accompanied by 3GB of exclusive Plus 5.5 - inch model, as many analysts reporting TrendForce, Deutsche Bank and KGI Securities RAM. Meanwhile, DigiTimes has confirmed the veracity of these rumors, saying the RAM capacity of the next generation iPhone is expected to increase from 2GB to 3GB.

The main DRAM suppliers Mobile and SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics and Micron Technology were forced to cut back production in the first and second quarter, resulting in scarce supply of DRAM chips for commodities, in addition to the rising prices.

However, with the early arrival of the iPhone 7 and other smartphones that increase the RAM capacity, it should help resume the demand for memory products in the third quarter.

Sources expect that the next Android flagships increase capacity RAM 4 GB to 6 GB.

Moreover, prices of flash storage chips will also increase, encouraged by the increased demand, particularly by the arrival of the next-generation devices of the Cupertino company.

IPhone is expected to include 4.7 inch 7 2GB of RAM, like the iPhone 6s, 6s iPhone iPhone Plus and SE. Most RAM capacity would be present in the iPhone 7 Plus to be used to meet the requirements of image processing camera mobile dual lens on the back, according to the view of KGI Securities analyst, Ming- Chi Kuo.
