So will be the new frameless LCD screens

Brands are focusing on making good screens that remain above its competitors. There are manufacturers like Samsung who bet on their screens curves and others like Sony in 2017 may clear on the table.

Why ?, because Japan Display, manufacturer of the panels of the Sony devices, has created a new LCD screen without bezels. This new technology called "Full Active" reduces to a thin line bezels of the four sides of the screen.

All cables in a thin layer under the screen, so Full Active

This technology is based on a new layer with a lot of cables for image display on the LCD screen. It also has a new system of image processing and improved assembly. Thus we have a much smaller bezels, as these accumulate behind the screen and not on the edge.

There is already a prototype of 5.5 "and in March 2017 production begins
Japan Display has launched a 5.5 - inch prototype destined for the mobile sector, but mass production is delayed until March 2017. We'll see what such are the Sony Xperia phones without frames. Because if so, we could be already expected great design change in the Xperia range.

This suggests that Sony could stand up to Samsung in terms of display technologies in 2017. The next generation of Xperia could have this kind of frameless panel. This would further take advantage of the front and leave aside the bad reputation of the Sony Xperia about it.

But not only see this new technology on mobile devices. JDI has stated that will create panels for other electronic devices. Will we see even less televisions finer edge and Sony?
