Why Apple will not introduce a new MacBook This Year

More than a year ago that Apple does not update the MacBook Pro line, and everything seems to indicate that 2016 will not be the year of renewal. It's been over 450 days since the MacBook Pro Retina saw an update and more than 1,500 days for non-Retina version, which is still sold today.

Unfortunately, users will have to continue waiting for an update of this line of laptops. And it is that as has been told, it is very unlikely that Apple will launch a new generation of MacBook in the event iPhone 7 scheduled for September 7 .

On the other hand, neither it has been no official word from Apple about when will the new MacBook Pro. But if rumor is true, we would be about to see one of the biggest updates line Apple computers from 2006.

This could be the next generation of MacBook Pro Retina

According to KGI analyst Values, Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple will almost certainly withdraw from the market the MacBook Pro without Retina display. On the other hand, it says that the MacBook Air could also be eliminated.

The analyst believes that the new MacBook Pro is slightly thinner than the previous version and will be accompanied by a secondary OLED touch screen that would replace the function keys. On the other hand, it points out that higher-end models use graphics card AMD Radeon Polaris, which is around a thinner than other chipsets 20% and offers a much improved performance in games and virtual reality.

If the report Bloomberg is true, the new MacBook Pro trackpad would be wider than the previous models and include Touch Force like the Retina MacBook launched last year. As if that were not enough, the analyst believes that Apple will include a Touch ID fingerprint sensor on the power button would also serve to authenticate the user's identity when making purchases with Apple Pay.

Finally, the report states that the new line will be available in gray, gold and silver. Price not venture to say anything, but surely will be more expensive than current models. Will we see this new generation of MacBook Pro in 2017?
