You must open the iTunes application and find the playlist you want to share. Then you click on the three dots next to Mix All and then select Share Playlist. Then they appear several options such as: Copy Link, E-mail, messages, Twitter and Facebook, select the path you want to use to share the list.

Before sharing the playlist I recommend selecting the option Copy link and paste it into the browser, so it will redirect to iTunes where you can see your playlist and you compare it to know that it really is you want to share.

Sharing a Playlist without iCloud

If you want to share a playlist without the need to activate iCloud must go to the File menu> Library> Export> Export Playlist. In this menu you can save the list as an XML file that the recipient can import into your library, but to hear the songs you need to take them all on your iPhone, iPad or iPod.
