5 iOS 10 Settings That We Recommend To Disable

Since the official launch of iOS 10 for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch in CP we have been talking about each and every one of its features and elements.

Most of the innovations that have been introduced in the latest version of the mobile operating system for iPhone and iPad are absolutely great, but there are other options that we recommend turning off to greatly improve the user experience.

So in this article we will tell you what you should disable settings in iOS 10 and why you should do it. Let's start!

1. Location

As in previous versions of Apple's mobile operating system, iOS 10 keeps track of your frequently visited locations. If you want to save battery power, and deny third party applications know your location go to Settings> Privacy> Location Services > System Services and disables frequent locations.

2. Press the Home button to unlock

Do not like to have to press the start button on your iPhone or on your iPad every time you want to unlock the mobile device? To disable this annoying interaction go to Settings> General> Accessibility> Start button and enable "Place your finger to open".

3. Lock Screen

Lock Screen shows too much private information of users to protect your privacy go to Settings> Touch ID and code and disable all panel options "Allow access while locked".

4. Raise to Wake

If you have an iPhone with M9 processor you can use the Raise to Wake functionality by moving the device to turn on the screen. But this feature consumes a lot of battery! You can turn it off in Settings> Display and brightness.

5. Messages

If you do not want anyone to know when you read the last message, you can turn off that option in Settings> Messages> Report reading.

We hope that disabling these iOS 10 settings will help improve your iOS 10 experience. Do you have any questions? We wait for you in the comments.
