Apple launches the fifth beta of iOS 10.2

Just four days after it was published the fourth, Apple has just released the fifth beta of IOS 10.2 to any compatible iOS device with iOS 10.

As usual, Apple still does not mention the changes that have been introduced in this new version, so that below I summarize everything we know to date.

  • Three new wallpapers (only for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus)
  • New widget for the Videos app
  • New setting to recall the last camera setting
  • New emoji (looks like a Unicode 9.0 update / also in MacOS 10.12.2, watchOS 3.1.1)
  • New 'Press and hold to talk' menu in accessibility
  • New "Celebration" screen effect in Messages application
  • New headset icon on the status bar for Bluetooth devices
  • The TV application is included
  • TV widget joins the Videos widget
  • Possibility to call emergencies automatically by pressing the power button 5 times in a row
  • The TV application completely replaces the Videos app
  • New "Love" screen effect for Messages application
  • IOS 10.2 allows you to log in to all Apple services only once

As always, if you have installed any of the previous betas, you can upgrade directly from your own device accessing "Settings -> General -> Software Update."

For the rest, and how we tell you every time Appel launches a new beta, in case the developers discover some feature worthy of being mentioned, we will update the article mentioning it as soon as possible.
