If you always had the intention to change the text color application notes for iOS, now you can do it thanks to a new jailbreak tweak called YouText. This tweak gives you the possibility to change the text and background of the notes application, giving an additional level of customization in the notes application that you did not have before.
Because tweak allows you to define both a background color and a custom text color, it is a good idea to put colors that differ from each other, so it is not very difficult to read on backgrounds of color similar to the text.
In particular, the background color does not color the entire application; Instead, it only colors the part of the application where the text is written, so that the navigation bar and the edge of the notes application will continue to have that paper background it always had.
You do not have to change the background color if you do not want to, since you can configure the option to only change the color of the text.
YouText adds a preference pane in the Settings application where you can find several controls where you can adjust the RGB parameters for each text and background notes application. You will also find two separate alpha-level controls for text and background.
By increasing the alpha level, they make the color softer and more transparent. It is not recommended to do this to your text because it can make it harder to read. But if you change the alpha values to the background, it may help with the readability of the content, even if you are using two colors that are very similar to each other.
If you do not want to use the background color, you can raise the alpha value to maximum to make it totally transparent.
If you are interested in trying YouText, you can download it to your jailbreak device completely free from the BigBoss Cydia repository.
