Netflix arrives offline for iOS

Netflix has implemented the ability to download TV shows and movies from its catalog, with most initial offers exclusive programming from the company.

Netflix has announced that titles like "Stranger Things", "Orange is The New Black", "Narcos" and "The Crown" are available for download starting today.

After users update the Netflix app, a button with the "Download Now" button will be available in the content to be able to download the series and movies.

Users can download size smaller "standard" and "superior" quality as options file, but Netflix did not provide technical details on resolutions or bitrates quality types available for video downloads.

This opens up new vistas in video streaming services such as Netflix, as users can now view the chapters of their favorite series and movies offline, making the user experience more flexible.

And not only that, since people who do not have stable Internet connections and always have the problem that the streaming is cut, now only have to download the series or movie to see it without any connection and without cuts.

For a long time, Netflix has denied that it was planning to add the download feature to view titles without Internet connection, but Amazon's recent addition of the same feature into its streaming video service may have been a boost for Netflix to change Opinion.

Netflix promises that soon there will be more titles available for download. The new download feature is included in all plans and is available for Android and iOS phones and tablets.
