Add dark mode to iOS transparent elements with Noctis9 (Jailbreak)

We introduce you a new tweak jailbreak called Noctis9 , which brings a dark mode to several transparent iOS elements, but not limited to Control Center and 3D Touch menus.

Noctis9 also obscures the volume HUD, application dock, and application folders, which have a clear color blur in terms of background color. The effects of the interfaces, including the HUD and the apps dock, are shown in the following examples:

Noctis9 is fully customizable, so after installing the tweak, you can go to the new preferences panel in the Settings application:

You can access the following options:

  • Enable or disable tweak
  • Select the level of darkness you want
  • Enable or disable dock effect
  • Enable or disable the effect of application folders
  • Use a specific color for darkening instead of black
  • Choose a time period after which you must turn off the effects

Noctis9 is a great way to bring a high quality dark mode to various parts of iOS. Keep in mind, though, that you would still need to use a free jailbreak tweak like Eclipse or Nightmode9 to incorporate full effect into your apps and other system interfaces.

You can have Noctis9 for $ 2.00 from the Cydia BigBoss repository . This version of the tweak is designed for jailbroken devices with iOS 9 only.

While it is a tweak somewhat expensive, keep in mind that there are developers behind this and that to keep it running and updated, it requires a lot of effort from the developers.
