Apple could launch its augmented reality glasses this 2017

Last year we did echo a possible entry through the front door of Apple in the market of virtual reality thanks to the patent VR glasses , in the same way as it has done social network Snapchat . Although the rumors pointed to 2018, has been now when everything has untied and accelerated.

And everything suggests that Apple has already been put to work in collaboration with the giant German Carl Zeiss optics in the development of a lightweight glasses that combine virtual reality with augmented reality and that also could be launched well before the expected.

The popular blogger Robert Scobble posted the news on his Facebook , ensuring that the rumor comes from two sources, a worker from another unknown Zeiss and more person.

It appears to have been an anonymous Zeiss employee who has given the breath, giving details not just the gadget but its release date: although there was talk of 2018, it is quite likely that augmented reality glasses Apple may be presented this year. Of course, at the moment both the planning and the dates are pure speculation, but everything indicates that they have already passed the test of exploration.

According to leaked details, the glasses would be connected wirelessly to iPhone and would show images and other information from the user 's field of vision. We must also remember that a few months ago we said that Apple was already implementing improvements in their native camera app aimed at integrating improvements to augmented reality . This new feature would allow users to target their iPhone camera to real-world objects to recognize them.

One thing is clear: Apple is interested in this market and own Tim Cook has already expressed on occasion that prefer to develop potential real than the virtual reality world.
