How to Troubleshoot AirPods Battery Problems
Many users are unable to enjoy their new AirPods due to a bug that is causing some units are being drained battery when unused.
Fortunately, a simple restoration would solve the problem.
This is what you should do.
1. Hold down the button setting your AirPods case for at least 15 seconds until the status light changes to amber.
