Snapchat adds a new search bar to enhance the user experience

On Thursday Snapchat updated its mobile app and now presents a new universal search bar. This new feature was designed to bring a higher speed of handling the app and therefore a better user experience, so you can quickly locate what you are looking for and re-do snaps.

The new search bar is always accessible at the top of the application, allowing you to find friends and groups and discover trends in stories and editors. The "Quick Chat" suggestions will allow users to go directly to a specific message thread.

This subtle move traveled a long way to stop the complaints that the Snapchat app is too difficult or confusing to navigate. Now, instead of having to pass through the interface, snapchatters can start by simply typing in the new search box.

The function of the universal search bar began to launch some people on Android on Thursday and soon will be available to all users of iOS and Android.

Once the new feature is available to you, you should notice the new text field at the top of the application.

The app is completely free and can be downloaded from the App Store .
