The future 10.5-inch iPad, as big as two iPad Mini

It's no secret that Apple's tablet line is not going through its prime. And it is that people (me first) do not have the need to renew their iPad every year, something completely different to the customs of many of the iPhone users.

And is that, if the iPhone have been a continuist line in recent years, iPad have been doing so for a long time, and, with the exception of the iPad Pro audience, we can not find a feature that is innovative enough to justify the change. Well, that may change.

The 10.5-inch iPad, the size of two Mini iPads together

At the time of the presentation of the iPad Pro of 12.9 inches in 2015, Apple used the strategy that the width of the iPad Pro, was the same value of the height of the iPad Mini. Of course, this caused a certain stir on the stage, since, in this way, the iPad Pro would be able to display two large windows , one being the same size as the Air 2 screen, with new multitasking features IOS 9.

According to information provided by AppleInsider now, it would be the time that would become the new 10.5-inch iPad, which, in this case, its screen width would match the height of the iPad Mini 4 . In this way, the Tablet would be able to display two multitasking windows also large, this time being able to set one of them the size of the Mini 4, which is really a great advantage.

A breath of fresh air, or the same as always?

We were already talking in our 2016 summary about how Apple seemed to be in a very continuous trend, not only with the iPad, but with the vast majority of its products. In a way, it gives the impression that they do not want to risk in any case.

I already said it when writing the same summary, and I do it again today. I expect a lot from Apple this year, I think they have some saved surprises that could make this 2017 one of the best years for the company. The only problem I see is that they do not finish deciding to release them.
