How to customize your Apple Music library on iPhone and iPad

Apple revamped Apple Music's UI design with the arrival of iOS 10, rearranging all elements and sections of its music application.

In this update, the company moved the section "Library" at the beginning, where it belongs. One of the features that landed in Apple Music along with this small change was the ability to customize the content of the library to choose which categories to view.

In this article we will tell you, step by step, what you must do to customize and organize the contents of Apple Music Library in iOS 10.

How to Customize the Apple Music Library

By default, the Apple Music Library lists these categories: Lists, Artists, Albums, Songs, and Videos , as well as a section of songs downloaded to your device.

If you have enabled the share at home option, this category should also appear by default.

Be that as it may, by clicking on the Library text in the upper left corner the application shows Edit to customize the categories. If you press the edit button you can choose which sections you want to appear in Apple Music.

In this way, you can include Genres, Compilations, Composers ... Additionally, if you wish, you can also change your order by keeping your finger pressed on the button with 3 horizontal lines on the right side of the panel and sliding it up or down on the screen.

As you have checked by yourself at this point, personalizing the contents of your songs in the official Apple Music iPhone and iPad application on iOS 10 is really easy. If you have any questions or doubts, we invite you to participate in the comments section and in the social networks of our blog.

Are you currently subscribed to Apple Music? what are your favorite songs? What sections do you have highlighted in your library?
