Valentine's event hits GO Pokémon

As expected, Niantic has just announced the Valentine 's Day event for Pokémon GO , but sadly it does not include any second-generation Pokémon as was speculated weeks ago.

Basically, during the event it will be possible to get twice as many candies as usual, while Pokémon like Chansey or Clefable will see their appearance rate increased.

Given that Valentine's Day is just around the corner, we have not been able to think of a better occasion to double the amount of Candy you'll gain each time you catch, hatch, and transfer a Pokémon. Your Pokémon Partner has also been stuck in the spirit of Valentine's Day, so Candy will be twice as fast!

While the celebration lasts, Chansey, Clefable and many other adorable pink Pokémon are found more often. It is also more likely that Cleffa, Igglybuff and Smoochum emerge from incubated Eggs. And to help you paint your city pink on Valentine's Day, the Bait Modules will last six hours these days.
Similarly, the bait modules will last for 6 hours instead of 30 minutes , and in addition, some baby Pokemon like Cleffa will appear more easily.

Of course, it is important to note that this celebration will only be available from 11:00 am PST on February 8, 2017 until 11:00 am PST on February 15, 2017 , so do not hesitate to leave home for Take advantage of the event.
