Apple publishes the first trailer of its documentary on Sean Combs

Today, we received through Apple 's YouTube channel the news about what would be the next "remittent" of original content for the Apple Music service . In this new trailer, which had already been shown by LiveNation a few days ago, presents a documentary that brings us the curious past of the well-known artist Sean Combs.

Apparently, Jimmy Iovine himself would have seen the artist's potential for this type of content in one of his concerts, and personally took care of the project. The documentary shows the story of the success of Sean Combs, as well as his record Bad Boy from the mid-nineties to last year, which marked the twentieth anniversary of the brand.

Apple's commitment to original content is growing

This documentary does nothing more than demonstrate the interest that Apple has in the production of original content for its services. The company wants to offer a series of unique products so that there is a differentiation between the rest of platforms. However, it does not seem that in Cupertino they have very clear to leave the musical contents at the moment, since outside of these their presence is anecdotal with programs like "Planet of the Apps".a

The documentary will be released exclusively on Apple Music next June 25th, although of course, it seems that Apple will only have the exclusivity of this one for a year . Will it be enough time to convince some more subscribers to continue paying their fees or will it remain a mere curiosity of the service? We'll know in a few months.

And you, Would you renew your subscription for this type of services?
