IPhone 8: New images confirm the Touch ID on the OLED screen

Throughout this week we had the opportunity to see how a user, popularly known for his leaks about Apple, had created his own iPhone 8 with a terminal shell, a screen saver and a printed wallpaper. Today new filtered images of a prototype of the iPhone 8 have come to light, and reconfirm that the Touch ID function will be located inside the OLED screen and that the back cover will be made of glass .

This time the photos have been published by @OnLeaks and show us an iPhone 8 with very small bezels, a dual camera in a vertical position, a wider frame for the FaceTime camera and 3D sensors . Apart from this frame, the front of the terminal only shows us a large OLED screen.

As for the back of the device, we see how this supposed prototype has a brilliant finish provided by the glass material . In addition we also see a dual camera in vertical position, and we do not see any fingerprint sensor dedicated to the Touch ID function . This would indicate that the Touch ID would be integrated into the OLED display.

As for the size of the iPhone 8, all rumors point to it will be slightly thicker than the models of the current generation . It is speculated that the iPhone 8, iPhone X or iPhone Edition will measure 14.3 x 7 x 7.5 cm, while the iPhone 7 measures 13.8 x 6.7 x 7.1 cm.

What do you think about the design of this supposed prototype of iPhone 8? Are you thinking of renewing your Apple mobile terminal? Most users seem to agree that the Touch ID feature is integrated into the OLED screen of the device, but we know that Apple had problems with its implementation . Share your opinion with us in the comment section and in social networks.
