The iPad Pro and iOS 11 will eventually replace the MacBook Air

At the WWDC 17 held at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose (California) Apple introduced two new iPad Pro models , a 10.5-inch iPad and a 12.9-inch model update.

Especially in the case of the iPad Pro of 12.9 inches, Apple aims to offer a product focused on productivity that allows users to set aside computers and laptops, in other words, a tablet-PC.

With the advent of iOS 11 the bite apple company has implemented a number of functions in the iPad Pro software that will allow, little by little, replace the MacBook Air.

The evolution of the iPad Pro

Long ago, with the launch of the first iPad Pro and despite the efforts of Apple, the tablet became a tool much more powerful than its predecessors but it was still that, a tablet.

The arrival of the Apple Pencil and the Magic Keyboard offered users many more possibilities and more facilities when working on their projects. But then it was far from replacing any PC.

But now, with the new features of iOS 11, Apple finally has a iPad Pro powerful enough and functional enough to replace the MacBook Air .

The iPad Pro and iOS 11 will provide features as useful as the improvements in Multitasking that allow you to anchor apps on split screen in a much more effective way or the option to drag elements from one app to another .

In addition, the new iPad Pro comes with a powerful A10X Fusion processor and ProMotion technology, among other new hardware.

With the right applications, and experienced use, the Apple iPad Pro will be able to replace the MacBook Air.

Obviously, the iPad Pro will not become a replacement for the MacBook Air for everyone, as in the case of Microsoft and its Surface tablet. But it is undeniable that iOS 11 makes the iPad Pro much more powerful, more portable, more versatile, and more functional.
