Apple begins to accept PayPal how payment method

It was time! Apple has begun to allow the use of PayPal as payment method in our user accounts in addition to credit and debit cards.

At the moment, the service has been activated in Mexico and Canada , although the ones of Cupertino have promised that it will arrive at the United States and more countries "very soon".

In this way, adding PayPal as payment method in our Apple account allows to use this service to buy any application, music, movie or even pay Apple Music subscription, which is a real advantage over traditional payment methods, Both in speed and security.

How to use PayPal in an Apple ID

As I said, the service is now available in Mexico and Canada, so if you read from one of these two countries you can try to activate it in the following way.

  • Access your Apple account details from Settings.
  • Click on "Payment and Shipment".
  • Select PayPal as the new payment method.

In short, now all that is missing is that this new method of payment is extended to other countries , a move that I am sure will encourage more than one user to make some kind of online purchase in one of Apple services.
