IOS 10.3.3 addresses a major security issue

According to the latest information, iOS 10.3.3 , which was published yesterday, solves a major security problem related to Wi-Fi networks.

According to reports from iDownloadBlog, Broadcom BCM43xx Wi-Fi chips, which are used by Apple on their iOS devices, can be used by hackers to access the device and control it remotely just by being connected to the same Wi- Fi.

" An attacker in the Wi-Fi range can execute arbitrary code on the Wi-Fi chip. The problem can be solved with improved memory management . "

This way, although at first it is not a real danger for the standard user , if you are not interested in jailbreak it is best to update as soon as possible through iTunes or from your own device accessed " Settings -> General - > Software Update ".

On the other hand, it seems to me important to mention that the exploit, which has been called " Broadpwn ", not only affects the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, but also numerous mobile phones from HTC, LG and Samsung are also vulnerable.
