BREAKING NEWS

The iPhone 3's 3D sensor is already in the oven

The Apple iPhone 8 is the next-gen smartphone that most expectation generates. There are many rumors, leaks, models, concepts and prototypes on the 10th anniversary iPhone. Maybe even more than the previous iPhone.

One of the rumors that circulates on the net today has to do with the cameras of the iPhone 8. It is expected to have 3D sensors to provide functions of augmented reality and / or virtual reality .

Well, apparently the 3D sensors of the iPhone 8 would have already gone into mass production . But there is still something more interesting, Viavi Solutions will provide Apple with optical filters for such sensors.

Apple will incorporate optical filters into the iPhone's 3D sensors

The analyst who has leaked this information is Jun Zhang. According to him, the optical filters of the 3D sensors of the iPhone 8 will become a great demand in the future . For now, Apple has already asked a good number of them for its 10th anniversary iPhone.

"WE BELIEVE VIAVI SOLUTIONS' BUSINESS IS NOT EXPOSED TO OPTICAL MARKET VOLATILITY, AND WILL REMAIN THE MARKET LEADER FOR 3D SENSORS."

Jun Zhang thinks that the modules of the 3D sensors of the iPhone 8 are already ready for mass production, just in time for the launch of the three new Apple iPhone in September.

Most likely, the only iPhone model that incorporates the 3D sensors in their cameras will be the iPhone 8, iPhone X, iPhone Edition or iPhone Anniversary. While on the other hand the iPhone 7s and the iPhone 7s Plus will focus their improvements on other minor hardware updates , keeping the same design line as the iPhone 7.

The iPhone 8 will also have wireless charging , will be made of different materials and an OLED screen that will cover the entire front of the device. The mystery still resides in the location of the fingerprint sensor.
