Xiaomi also joins the fashion of copying the iPhone 7

A few days ago we highlighted the fact that the new OnePlus 5 was a copy of the iPhone 7 Plus . Now, apparently, Xiaomi has also joined this fashion plagiarizing the design of the iPhone 7 Plus in its smartphone with the code name Xiaomi X1.

It is expected that the Xiaomi X1 will be presented sometime during this month of July 2017. To date, some images of the terminal have already been leaked. As you can see in them, the device will have a black matte finish with the antenna bands at the top edge. And a dual camera! Exactly the same as the iPhone 7 Plus .

However, the front will introduce one of the most anticipated changes by users, an Infinity screen from edge to edge and without just side bezels . In other words, the Xiaomi X1 will be a copy of the iPhone 7 Plus and the iPhone 8. Although it is true that Samsung was ahead of both companies with the launch of its Galaxy S8 models.

Xiaomi X1 Technical Specifications

As for the hardware specifications of the Xiaomi X1, as they point from The Android Soul , will have Sony's IMX362 and IMX386 sensors on the back and front, with dual camera settings for better image processing.

The Xiaomi X1 will also feature a very powerful 660 SoC Snapdragon processor, with up to 4 GB of RAM . The terminal will hit the market with two storage options: 64 GB and 128 GB .

The 2K screen will be 5.5 inches and will have two variants . One of them with large bevelles at the top and bottom, and another variant without bevels.

Apparently the Xiaomi X1 will be marketed for a price between € 300 and € 340 , a cost quite affordable to be a smartphone very similar to the iPhone 7 Plus. What do you think? Have you copied Xiaomi to Apple?
