iOS 11 is almost in 1 of every 4 active devices

The latest iOS update has brought Apple mobile devices several new and better- thought-out features to help you get the most out of your company-designed hardware . Typically, these types of releases tend to be somewhat complicated, since people are not prepared to change something that they already know works correctly. However, this does not occur in the Cupertino community.

The update of iOS 11 takes Apple public servants almost a full week, and, again, you can say that it is a success. Unlike the competition, in Apple the fragmentation created by the software is really small, something that is demonstrated every year. Right now, for example, iOS 11 has been downloaded on almost 25% of Apple's active mobile device base . And it is not being the best year for the company in this regard precisely.

iOS 11 does not reach iOS 10, but continues to grow at high speed

At the moment, the update of iOS 11 has not managed to reach the pace of its predecessor, which by now was already 30% . Either way, it's still pretty far from what Google has achieved so far with its Android O, fortunately for us. Of course, you should always bear in mind that the conditions are different, as there are quite a few more Android devices than iOS. But certain companies like Samsung, Sony, or LG should have no excuse when implementing these important updates.

These companies have enough resources to achieve a level of support similar to that of Apple, and they are not bothering to match it. Simply focus on trying to outperform the iPhone with every new model they present. But hardware is not the only thing that makes up the experience of Apple , the software is just as important. And that is something that do not end up understanding the big Android.

And you, have you already upgraded to the new version of iOS?
