These are the 2 best reasons not to buy an iPhone 8

It is not easy to decide to buy an iPhone these days. You have a great assortment of options, starting with iPhone SE of 419 euros to reach the iPhone X, 1159 euros in its version of less capacity. I do not mean to say which phone is right for you , but I'll tell you one thing: If you have an iPhone 7 you should not buy an iPhone 8 .

The problem comes down to what you get when you buy an iPhone 8. The phone is pretty much identical to the iPhone 7 from last year , with some updates. It will certainly give you a better return, but it probably does not make up for that payout.

Let's get started with the processor: The iPhone 8 comes with the new A11 bionic processor, the fastest Apple has ever created. It is a six-core CPU that, according to Apple, includes two performance cores and four high-efficiency cores .

Apple claims that performance cores run about 25 percent faster than the A10 and that high-efficiency cores operate about 70 percent faster than the previous generation.

But here's the crux of the matter: When is the last time your iPhone 7 could not complete a task because the processor was too slow? It probably has never happened to you , because the iPhone 7 is a perfectly capable phone that can run Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and other applications or games with ease.

We can also make a point about the new cameras. Both the iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus are equipped with new image sensors that, in theory, should give you better photos. But again: When was the last time you looked at a photo taken on an iPhone 7 and thought it was not good enough ? Are you using photos from your iPhone to exhibit in museums? If so, should not you be taking those pictures with something other than a phone?

Sure, you get a new processor and a better camera system, but for those upgrades it's not worth changing . They are improvements that are certainly welcome for most users or those who arrive new or come from old models.

If you have the iPhone 7, your best bet is to take a step to the iPhone X or just wait until next year. Many times the best purchases are the ones that are not made .
