All the manufacturing problems of the iPhone X

Innovation requires risk, and risk entails problems. That is what is happening to the signature of the apple bitten with his smartphone of the tenth anniversary. The iPhone X is having all sorts of problems during the manufacturing process. Now, the media point out that Apple is losing its expertise in managing its supply chain.

Specifically, from Bloomberg , they suggest that the company has let their desire to innovate completely eclipse their ability to incorporate the necessary components into their iPhone X.

"Thanks to Taiwan's rules requiring the disclosure of monthly sales data, we can track the weaknesses of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co and the Hon Hai Precision Industry Co."

Problems on the iPhone X started when Apple decided to make the switch to OLED screens . The company had to anticipate that the supply would be very tight, and would only have the support of its competitors from Samsung.

The decision to offer an iPhone X with the small side bezels forced the company to develop a new technology: a Touch ID sensor that is incorporated under the OLED screen. However, this idea also gave rise to manufacturing problems and was eventually dismissed.

The late marketing of the Apple iPhone X clearly implies how the Cupertino company has had to go through a lot of problems in the smartphone manufacturing process. At this point, it would have been embarrassing if Apple did not include an OLED screen or would have continued to offer the same design for three or four years. Especially on a smartphone of the tenth anniversary.

We hope that all these problems of manufacture of the iPhone X have their solution and absolutely all consumers are satisfied with the final product. Do you think these problems will lead to serious failures in the design of the device? Will it be worth the wait?
