Apple teaches you to use light portrait of iPhone 8 Plus with 2 videos

The Californian company today shared two new video tutorials on its YouTube channel , seeking to help users make use of the new light feature in portrait mode on the iPhone 8 Plus .

The first video focuses on how to shoot using this mode , while the second video explains how to add lighting effects when editing a photo .

Like Apple's other video tutorials, the two videos are short, direct and to the point, guiding users through a series of simple steps to access features .

Portrait Mode with lighting effects is a new feature that will be available on the upcoming iPhone X , which premiered on the iPhone 8 Plus , which went on sale last September 22.

This new functionality is designed to allow the addition of studio-quality lighting effects to images . Apple uses both cameras to create a depth map of an image along with auto-learning techniques to decide how to adjust the lighting of a scene.

The feature works in real time , but can also be added to the images after a photo has been taken, which greatly facilitates the decision to see what effect is best for our photograph.

Portrait lighting effects include natural light modes, studio light (illuminates the face), contour light (adds dramatic shadows), Stage light (focuses your face against a dark background), and stage light mono (Stage light, but in black and white).

Since Apple released the dual camera last year on the iPhone 7 Plus, the photographic experience of its users has been asking the company something more , which now materializes with these new features. What will be next?
