If you already have an iPhone, Apple will not try to sell you the iPhone X

Amid some reports that sales of iPhone 8 are below expectations, some have called the demand of the phone as "anemic," Apple's financial outlook for next year depend heavily on the expected iPhone X of the company.

The initial launch of the iPhone X will be in the range of 2-3 million at launch , which means that many interested buyers will have to wait until late 2017 or even early 2018 before getting the next generation iPhone Apple in his hands.

With so much experience on the iPhone X, despite supply problems, could push potential iPhone buyers to opt for an iPhone X more compatible with margins compared to less profitable devices like the iPhone 8 or even the iPhone 7.

Apple retail executive Angela Ahrendts told CNBC today that Apple store employees are not likely to try to sell customers to the iPhone X. On the contrary, employees will simply try to recommend a device that best suits each customer .

Meanwhile in Chicago, to celebrate the opening of a spectacular new store along the Chicago River Walk, Ahrendts said the following during his interview with CNBC.

" Internally we said that the slogan was an iPhone for everyone. I'd rather ask you who you're buying it for. If you are 6 or 7 years old, what do you need? If it is someone who is inclined to something else, what do you need? We do that with Mac, we do that with iPad, why do not we do that with the phone? "

" The way we see it is to build a relationship ," Ahrendts explained. " It's no different from fashion. Do not you return with someone who has cared for you very well, whom you trust, to make you a better version of yourself? "

All said, with the iPhone X being the first real redesign to the iPhone format since 2014, we are pretty sure that Apple will not have to convince anyone to opt for the iPhone X on the iPhone 8.
