New App Store: Using the wishlist on iOS 11

Following the redesign of the user interface and internal system of the App Store on iOS 11 , Apple has removed the "Wish List" functionality.

Maybe it will come back in future updates, or maybe not, there is no way to tell. But for now the App Store does not allow to save in favorites those applications and those games that you want to acquire later.

However, fortunately there are other methods for this. Today we will tell you how to use your own wish list with iOS 11 on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.

How to find the wish list?

Removing the wish list from iOS 11 may have to do with the complications involved in completely redesigning an application as complex as the App Store. Now users have lost their favorite applications from their wish lists ...

But there is a method to get it back. All you need to do is sign in with your Apple ID on a device that has iOS 10 (or earlier) installed. Once this is done, go to the App Store and look for the wish list. Your apps should stay there.

How to use the wishlist on iOS 11?

There are different options in the App Store itself that will allow you to replace the wish list for iOS 11. For example, Lookmark . This application will allow you to save any application, video, song or book in a list through the menu of iOS extensions. You can even save Safari items to your Mac.

On the other hand, you can also use the Workflow application, recently acquired by Apple. This automation tool will allow you to create a wish list by installing this Workflow code . You execute it and press the button of the wish list.

Of course, you can opt for other alternatives like the iOS Notes app 11. It will allow you to create lists with check boxes, add links to app reviews, include images and more.
