Samsung bows to the iPhone X with its Galaxy X

Samsung must have liked the nomenclature that Apple has used in its new smartphone of the tenth anniversary. So much must have liked the iPhone X to the South Korean company that could already be planning the launch of a Galaxy X.

In addition, we will not have to wait long for the presentation and its subsequent commercialization. Apparently, Samsung could present its Galaxy X in January 2018 , during the CES.

All the rumors suggest that the new smartphone of the South Korean company will be called Galaxy X after a leak in a website of help and support from Samsung.

The website in question showed a number of a smartphone model previously related to the Galaxy X. So ... yes, we do not know if Samsung has been surprised by Apple's iPhone X (for better or for worse) ... what we do know is that their name has enchanted them.

How will Samsung's Galaxy X be?

Koh Dong-jin, president of mobile business at Samsung , has confirmed to the media that the company is planning to launch a new flexible smartphone sometime in 2018.

We do not know the details that concern the final product, but we have a slight idea of how its design can be. Patents published in October by the Korean Patent Office showed a smartphone with a curvature in the central part , which allows the device to fold in half.

Will the Galaxy X be a smartphone with flexible OLED screen? Or on the contrary, will it have a physical keyboard? Without a doubt, it will be a very controversial mobile phone, both for its design and its nomenclature. Will Samsung dare to call it Galaxy X in true Apple style? Very soon we will discover it.
