Goodbye to one of the main rivals of the iPhone X

When we talk about the iPhone X , we think about all the changes that Apple has introduced to celebrate the tenth anniversary of its line of smartphones. It has been quite a leap in terms of specifications, and design, however, has not been a great innovation in some aspects, as many expected. In terms of design, for example, a phone appeared that achieved a similar design , but a few months before the last Apple phone.

That phone was the Essential Phone, a device that, as the name suggests, bet from the beginning to offer the user a user experience in which the important thing is what is really essential for you. And this also included the design of the phone itself, which managed to become a differential aspect with respect to its competitors. And in spite of everything, it seems that they have not done particularly well, neither to the company nor to its main person in charge.

Andy Rubin leaves Essential for "personal reasons"

Andy Rubin, who was the main responsible for the development of Android , tried to take this new company to success, and people expected a great revolution from the one who created the most used mobile operating system in the world. However, when the phone arrived, the disappointment began to cloud the future of Essential, and now, it is more black than ever, and that Andy Rubin himself has left the company claiming "personal reasons".

Now, there is much speculation about what could be the reasons for the resignation . Some relate it to information that recently appeared about a relationship that Rubin had with one of the employees of the department in which he worked within Google. Others, talk about what could be the first step towards the fall of this start-up, after the significant cuts that its flagship product has suffered in a matter of months. We'll have to wait to see if he clears up everything himself.
