Apple discards remote wireless charging for your security

The year 2017 brought us a historical claim by the users of Apple technology, wireless charging on the iPhone. The models that were presented on September 12 , the iPhone X , iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus have this system.

Many of us have chosen this option as something more comfortable , and that despite some initial hesitations, it works quite well with compatible charging bases , offering 7.5 watts of power currently.

Well, there is a technology that can go a step further. It consists of so-called remote wireless charging , and in which a transmitter would be able to emit a signal that would allow charging in this way , without wires, the electronic devices that were within its radius of action.

Imagine being able to charge your iPhone, a headset, a tablet or even a smartwatch. Tempting, is not it? For now it is something that Apple does not intend to bet , that is, do not know if one day we will be able to see it. The image of entering your office vanishes and your gadgets are automatically loaded.

The reasons for this do not have to do with resentments of the company of the bitten apple, or that let other manufacturers bet for it. It's something that has to do with efficiency and security .

The power of the transmitter is effective at a certain distance, so that as we move away from it the load capacity would fall exponentially until leaving it in something testimonial in relatively little space.

And of course, to maintain a good peak load should increase the power, which can have a negative effect on the health of people . It is somewhat similar to "cooking in a microwave" by heating body tissues.

So for now this is a chimera. The idea would be fantastic, but not at that price.
