Apple will never lower the price of the iPhone X

Recently the news leaked that Apple would discontinue the iPhone X throughout 2018, and little by little it is confirmed according to new rumors. Apparently, the company will stop selling the first generation of the iPhone X when the next generation is released to the market . Therefore, its price will not be reduced.

This may be due to the difficulties that Apple has had to cover the high demand of the iPhone X. The lack of stock has caused the company to think twice about putting two models of similar characteristics on sale. Although there are more reasons for this.

So, according to KGI Securities, Apple will not reduce the price of the first generation iPhone X. However, nobody knows if the company will put the next model at a slightly more affordable price for the consumer ...
Apple can not keep two models of iPhone X

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, of KGI Securities, if Apple kept the current iPhone X in its line of smartphones for a reduced price such as 899 euros, it would complicate the sales of the new models.

"The iPhone X would damage the product value of the new 2018 models if it continues to sell at a lower price. Selling an iPhone X at a lower price would have a negative impact on sales of a possible 6.1-inch LCD iPhone. "

Apple is expected to present a new iPhone with a design exactly like the iPhone X but with a different size. On the other hand, it has also been rumored about the possibility that the company of the bitten apple present a second generation iPhone SE with LCD screen.

This is what the line of Apple smartphones would look like:

  •     iPhone SE
  •     iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus
  •     iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus
  •     6.1-inch iPhone with Face ID
  •     Second-generation 5.8-inch iPhone X
  •     6.5-inch second-generation iPhone X Plus
