The iPhone X is too expensive for Spain

The iPhone X , the creation of Apple to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the launch of the original iPhone, on June 19, 2007, is having an uneven result in sales depending on the market in which we are.

For example, in countries like China or Japan it has been a real sales revolution, with the Apple flagship sweeping. For example, in the Asian giant has managed to remove users to Android , since many of the buyers who have made the jump to iOS and came from Google, do it through the front door, with the iPhone X.

Specifically, and draws much attention, while in Europe bought the last release of Californians had previously an iPhone, in China they did from brands such as Huawei, Samsung or Xiaomi . The urban areas of China is where logically it has had greater acceptance, despite its price.

The behavior it has had in countries like Japan, the United States has been highly positive and in the United Kingdom it was the best-selling terminal during the month of November 2017 , with a quota of 14.4 percent and a launch price of 999 pounds.

And in Spain?

Well you can not say that in our country the launch of the iPhone X has been all the good that was expected. We must bear in mind that its price, initially 1159 euros, and the close competition from other manufacturers such as Huawei or Xiaomi , make the iPhone X is not even in the top ten sales in Spain.

And it has been the Xiaomi RedMi 4X was the best selling device in Spain during the past month of November. As shown in the attached graph, the percentage of iOS users in Spain is 12.7 percent, in a clear minority compared to Android users .

Has Apple played in Spain with the iPhone X? We will love reading your comments.
