Apple invests in a mysterious firm that mixes OLED and VR glasses

 Apple, LG and Valve have partnered to invest a total of 10 million dollars in a mysterious firm called eMagin. This company is responsible for the production of micro-screens for military, health and business business uses.

"We have started to establish strategic agreements with multiple companies for the design and development of micro-screens for devices such as helmets, together with these companies, we have negotiated the mass production of the manufacture to increase the development capacity. "

In exchange for the investment of 10 million dollars by Apple, LG and Valve, the three companies have received a total of 6,451,613 eMagin shares . In addition, they are guaranteed the possibility of obtaining 2,580,645 additional shares at a price not publicly specified.
