"Apple's support broke my iMac", another angry youtuber with Apple

Quinn Nelson, owner of the popular YouTube channel Snazzy Labs , recently shared a new video suggesting that some members of the Apple Store Genius Bar have caused his iMac Pro to crash.

It is not the first time that Apple has repair problems with one of its iMac computers. Remember that they refused to repair the iMac of this famous youtuber despite remaining within the warranty.

Apparently, Quinn Nelson installed a kit that allows users to add the VESA mounting adapter , making possible the compatibility with any VESA accessory, mount, desk and jointed arm.

You can take a look at the VESA mounting kit in the following video that we include below:

How the youtuber broke your $ 5,000 iMac Pro
Now, Quinn Nelson installed the adapter without any problem in his $ 5,000 iMac Pro . But he began to have many difficulties when he wanted to remove it a few months later ...

"When I was removing one of the five screws, which were not excessively tight by the way, the screw head broke, leaving part of the screw inside the hole. The final result ... I could not remove the VESA adapter ... ever. "

Quinn Nelson decided to contact Apple technical support to try to solve the problem but could not provide contact information for the manufacturing provider. So he decided to go to an Apple Store.

In the Apple Store they could not help much either. Only one member of the Genius Bar was qualified to attend the services of the iMac Pro . They finally repaired their iMac Pro but realized that the equipment had been damaged with scratches and chafing caused by tools.

A very serious problem with the adapter for VESA supports, a problem that hurts a team of $ 5,000 and whose solution could be simply to use more resistant screws.
