How to Jailbreak an iPhone with iOS 11.3.1 with Cydia

The Jailbreak community seems to be regaining strength after spending months and months disappeared. The arrival of the Jailbreak of iOS 11 has encouraged things a lot, and despite the fact that iOS 11 has introduced new features inspired by it, users still enjoy the possibility of customizing other elements of the operating system.

Recently, the hacker Min Zheng popularly known as SparkZheng managed to Jailbreak iOS 11.3. But he wanted to point out that technically it was not a Jailbreak as such , because "he did not go back to R / W rootfs to install Cydia".

The Chinese hacker also wanted to add that Apple had added a new implementation in iOS 11.3 that solved a vulnerability of the operating system in APFS KEXT, so it was another obstacle to overcome.

The story of the iOS Jailbreak 11.3.1

Some time ago, members of Tencent Keen Security Lab also claimed that they had managed to Jailbreak an iPhone X.

Soon after, Coolstar released an update of the Electra Jailbreak that until now was compatible with iOS 11 - iOS 11.1.2, making it currently available for iOS 11.2 - iOS 11.2.6.

Although they already warned users that if they wanted to have the Jailbreak installed they should keep their devices running iOS 11.2 - iOS 11.2.6, SparkZheng returned to the fray with a new surprise: finally achieved the iOS Jailbreak 11.3.1 . The latest version of Apple's mobile operating system. Something you can check in the following video:

How to install the iOS Jailbreak 11.3.1

SparkZheng has never published a tool for the installation of the Jailbreak. However, the Pangu hacker team did the same, presenting a totally free software and Untethered for iOS 11.3.1 . Do you want to discover how to install it? Follow the steps we dictate below.

1. Open Safari.

2. Access the Pangu11.mobi website.

3. Go down to the bottom of the page.

4. Press the button with the text "Download The Apps Here!".

5. Finally click on the link "Click here to get a random jailbreak-injected app".

And ready! Pangu has devised a very interesting method to install Cydia, hiding the Jailbreak inside an application of the App Store . It works perfect, but maybe you should close some advertising pop-up before downloading the app.

Soon, Apple will introduce iOS 11.4 and the company will make sure to patch any vulnerability that has allowed the installation of the Jailbreak. So the most recommended, if you want to continue using your favorite Cydia tweaks, is to stay on iOS 11.3.1.
