How to know the last time you used an app on iPhone and iPad

As in any store, in the App Store the temptation can also win us, to the point of losing track of how many downloads of applications we made and even why. However, the number of apps downloaded and the last time we use them are data that we must keep updated and we will tell you why.

Knowing exactly when was the last time an application was used makes us aware of which ones we need and which ones do not and consequently, know when it is appropriate to delete one to save space or to know if it is running alone and consuming our data. By the way, it is also an excellent way to order our home screen.

Update the last time you used an application
1) To find the last time you used an application, go to the Settings > General Storage application on iPhone or iPad.

2) On the next screen, you will find useful information about your device, including the use of storage space, recommendations on saving space and a list of installed applications.

3) We can also see the last use date, with the never opened applications marked as Never used.

In case you regret deleting any applications, remember that these are still recorded in the App Store library, so you can always reinstall applications without charge and at any time.

To do it:

1) Go to the App Store application and click on the circle that represents your iTunes account.

2) Click on Bought.

3) Click on My purchases.

4) On the next screen, start typing the name of the application you want to reinstall. Choose between All or Not on this iPhone.

5) Click on the cloud icon next to the application.

6) You will see how your application has been reinstalled.

Obtaining this information is extremely simple, and without a doubt it is part of the desirable maintenance for our iPhone or iPad. _Do you do it often? _
