Apple removes the watchOS 5.1 update temporarily

Yesterday, after the presentation of Apple in which they presented the expected renewals of several products such as the iPad Pro , the MacBook Air and the Mac Mini , several software updates were published that brought some important news. Among them, we can find from iOS 12.1, with support for FaceTime in group, to watchOS 5.1. The latter, however, has been a more rugged release than expected.

The new update of Apple watches gives us a series of new features such as the ability to respond to group FaceTime with voice calls , a new sphere similar to the one we can find in the Apple Watch Nike + that covers the screen with the color we want, and some solutions for important bugs. The point is that they had not foreseen that they would have a bigger problem than those they were trying to solve.

Since the new version was released, lots of users have started to leave reports on various social networks and on Apple's own forums indicating that their Apple Watch was not able to complete the update process. The clock could spend hours on the screen of the Apple logo , leaving it completely useless. For this reason, the company has proceeded to remove the update of its servers, thus preventing more users from suffering these problems.

For now, it is unknown if we can have the opportunity to download the update in the next few hours or if they will wait to launch version 5.1.1. In any case, if you are suffering some kind of problem with watchOS 5.1, do not hesitate to contact Apple support through its official website . The more information they can gather about the error, the sooner they can locate and resolve it.
