Apple could assemble its iPhone in India in 2019

Apple could begin to process the assembly of their iPhone in India, according to the latest rumors. The company in charge of doing it would be Foxconn, and it would also be the first time for the Taiwan manufacturing company.
Apparently, Foxconn could be in charge of the assembly process of the X series models . That is, we are talking about the iPhone X, the iPhone XR, the iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Max.

This strategy by Apple will allow the company to take its business from India to the next level. The work will be carried out at the Foxconn facilities in the city of Sriperumbudur , south of the state of Tamil Nadu.

Foxconn will invest 25,000 crore in its facilities

The Foxconn investment will not only create more than 25,000 jobs in the Asian region, but will also consist of 25,000 million rupees to expand the company's current manufacturing facilities.
This move, of course, will also help both Foxconn and Apple to deal with and limit the impact of the trade war between the United States and China. Recall that Donald Trump plans to significantly increase the cost of import tariffs for products from China .
Until now in India only the iPhone SE and the iPhone 6S were assembled. With this new strategy, the company of the bitten apple could also assemble the iPhone X (or maybe the iPhone XR). All the details of this operation and the agreement between Apple and Foxconn are unknown, but we have also seen some rumors circulating regarding the relocation of the Foxconn factories to other countries. Undoubtedly, it will be a big step for the signing of the apple in the Asian market.
